We try our best to ship your order out the next business day. There are times when we are doing a tradeshow or are meeting with our manufacturers where there could be a slight delay!

What exactly happens after ordering?
We process your order and pull the merchandise. Your package is packed and shipped to you with your chosen shipping method.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you will receive and invoice with your order.
Does Sisayhairproducts take orders over the phone?
We do not accept Phone orders. It is preferable that customers try to place their orders on the website themselves. If you have a problem ordering please contact customer service at 0207 582 7969.

Can I come to your office and tour the facilities?
Our office and warehouse are not open to the public.
What if I didn't receive my confirmation email?
